A North Carolina Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) Fisheries Resource Specialist has
reviewed the Division of Water Resources application for proposed actions that may
impact fish and fish habitats. The proposed project, ID number 20200759, is located from
Woods Creek Road to the Utley Creek Water Reclamation Facility, Apex, within Wake
County. The bodies of water closest to the project location are Big Branch and Little
Branch, and the site is within the Neuse River Basin. DMF has no comment to provide on
the project, and is submitting this response to fulfill your permitting requirements. Please
