Hi Tyler,
I just left you a voicemail, but I wanted to reply to this email chain as well. I spoke to Tamera, and she indicated that if the
area covered under this NOT is encompassed in the new NOI that was just accepted, then they could move forward with
the NOT since this will be covered under a new permit. This is the case, and I've attached a PDF of the limits covered
under the old NOI compared to the new NOI. As you can see, this area is covered by the new NOI so hopefully everyone
agrees that we can close out the NOT and move this site to the new NOI since it is ready to be re -disturbed under a new
and approved permit. Ideally, we could have just left the old NOI open throughout the duration of the next phase of the
project, but since that's not the case, we have ended up with overlapping NOI's.
I appreciate everyone's help in ironing out this somewhat confusing situation. Please don't hesitate to call if you have
questions (336.404.5583) and please let us know if this is acceptable.
Thanks,
Adam

Will there need to be another inspection to verify this? If so, I will need to reject the original NOT request and have Mr.
Martin resubmit when that has been completed.
Thanks,
Bethany
