Completion Notification
Dear Mr.Smith:
In accordance with NC Environmental Management Commission Special Order by Consent, EMC WQ S18-009, Duke
Energy Carolinas, LLC (Duke) is hereby submitting this notification that the rerouting of outfall 111, toe drains, to
outfall 006A was completed with discharge to outfall 006A on June 1, 2020. This notification fulfills our obligation
found in the subject Orders Sections 2(b)(2)and 2(b)(3).
