monitoring the enforcement of the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control
Ordinance on the above referenced project.

I am the Designer of Record for this project and am assisting Mr. Jolly with his eNOT submittal.
Somehow the final Erosion Control approval fell through the cracks.
I understand that Doug Sharp, Erosion Control Officer with the Buncombe County Erosion Control office has spoken with
someone in your office regarding this project. Doug will be inspecting the site this afternoon and we hope to have the
Certificate of Compliance (COC) issued tomorrow.
When I receive the COC, can I email that to you for inclusion with the original eNOT submittal?
