Thanks for getting back to me. The legally responsible person for the permit (Teresa Huffman, Vice
President) is not changing. The previous plant manager, Bill Callahan, was listed as a owner contact
person in your system, but is not the responsible official. The plant manager has now changed to
Mark Creech. In this case, if the legally responsible person has not changed, do we still need to get
that form signed and sent to you?
