Hi Robb, my wife has decided that she would like to add a deck on the back of the garage over the back side facing the water. Since it would be above ground and just have a set of stairs leading to it would this need to be added to the plan that we submitted and or resubmit another plan moving the garage structure forward to compensate for the deck? I could move the structure forward in the new plan and submit if needed and we were also thinking of adding a breezeway from the main home structure to the garage but that would be in the front part, would that also need to be added to the plan even though its not anywhere near the water for your approval?
