I visited the Rockall Products facility (NCG070222) on June 18, 2020. 1 met with Nick Schofield on site. We discussed the
permit obligations and walked the site. We discussed the likelihood that a 3rd outfall will likely me necessary when the
first compliance inspection is conducted. I recommend that coverage be granted as proposed.

This NOI inspection was in response to an NOI received for WT002855. It was under NOV number NOV-2020-PC-0083,
which I have now closed in BIMS. I have linked the two files in LF and I will be uploading this email as soon as I send it.
