On June 18, 2020 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Scott Lowdermilk on site. No major issues were
noted during the inspection. However, a large decommissioned AC unit which was partially disassembled was discussed on
site during the inspection. As discussed, the unit will need to be disposed of or re -located to maintain a status of No
Exposure.
