Inspection Summary
On June 12, 2020 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Sabrina Pittillo, EHS Manager on site. During the
inspection, the following items were noted:
1) Housekeeping practices around the trash compactor area have resulted in a buildup of waste. This area must be cleaned
and utilized in a way that does not result in the buildup of waste outside the facility to maintain a status of No Exposure.
2) Uncovered dumpsters were observed outside at the facility. All dumpsters must be covered and not leaking to maintain a
status of No Exposure.
3) Material from past industrial activity was observed at the facility. This material must be disposed of or relocated to
maintain a status of No Exposure.
4) Waste material from the industrial process was observed accumulated outside of the facility along the fence -line and
around the equipment. Buildup of this material must be prevented to maintain a status of No Exposure.
If it is determined that a status of no exposure cannot be maintained at the facility. Coverage must be obtained under a
General Industrial Stormwater Permit.
This facility will be re -inspected on or after July 17, 2020. If the above items have not been addressed, further action will be
taken.
