Inspection Summary:
On June 10, 2020 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Phill Eller and Bill Jacumin on site. No major issues
were noted during the inspection. However, a slope failure was observed at the tree line at the rear of the facility. To prevent
sediment impacts to local streams, this area should be filled, seeded and stabilized.
A records review of the Certificate of Coverage associated with this facility revealed that coverage under the NCG170000
expired on July 31, 2020. The permittee is directed to immediately contact the Department of Environmental Quality and
re-establish coverage under the NCG170000 General Permit. If coverage is not obtained by July 31, 2019, further action will
be taken.
