Fecal coliform should not be attributable to site operations. Historical monitoring of an on -site tributary of Mud Creek has found high levels of fecal coliform. Nitrate concentrations exceeded the groundwater standard in MW-7R and MW-8 for the first time in May 2016.. The high concentrations of nitrate are likely attributable to the frequent flooding of Mud Creek. 8 The person completing this portion (GW-59A) of the monitoring report should sign below and submit this form with GW-59 forms for required wells to the address provided at the top of the current GW-59 form.
