On June 11, 2020 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Mitchell Swanger, Luke Barrett and Bill Adams on
site. During the inspection, it was noted that the facility inspections required by the permit are not sufficiently documented in
the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. The permittee is directed to immediately begin documenting all facility inspection
required by the permit.
