along a right hand curve having a radius of 1,637.03 feet for an arc distance of 599.66

along a new line for Timberlake, North 88 deg. 65' 57" Last 1580.75 feet to an iron
pipe in the western right of way line of Seaboard Coast Line Railway, thence along the
western right of way line of Seaboard Coast Line Railway as follows, along a right
hand curve having a radius of 5,689.65 feet for an arc distance of 426.37 feet to a
point and South 11 deg 35' 55" East 432.27 feet to an iron pipe having N.C. Grid Values
y=831,398 61 and x=2,153,971 29, thence along the line of Moss property South 88 deg.
55' 57" West 1441.30 feet to the BEGINNING, containing 30 000 acres according to a
survey by Murphy Yelle Associates, R.L.S., dated 3 April 1985.
