On May 4, 2020, the Division received your application requesting a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject
project. The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on
hold until all of the following information is received:
1. Please provide a copy or your responses to the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission email dated May
12, 2020, and the US Army Corps of Engineers request for additional information email dated May 13, 2020.

Please clarify the proposed plan for the streamflow from S1 once the diversion swale is removed and S3 flow is
diverted to the new channel. During the site meeting March 23, 2020, there were discussions regarding
potential construction of a pond in the area south of S3 and S4. If this is the case, please provide additional
details regarding the pond. [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)(2)]
Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(c), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the
proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received, the Division will be unable to
approve the application and it will be denied as incomplete.
