Thank you for the additional information. After reviewing the information, I have determined the response to the
Division's request for additional information dated May 14, 2020, is incomplete. Therefore, the application cannot be
processed and will remain on hold until the following information is received:
1. Please provide additional details regarding the proposed pond and the plans for streamflow from S1. The
Division understands from your response that once streams S3 and S4 are re -constructed and streamflow is
returned to those channels, streamflow from S1 will remain in the diversion Swale. The diversion swale is
considered a temporary measure. Please provide additional details regarding the construction sequence for the
pond.
The response to question 4 in the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission email dated May 12, 2020, is
incomplete. Please provide a plan overview figure that depicts the limits of the new pond, dam, reconstructed
streams and their buffers, wetland impacts, and restored areas.
