Andrew and David,
We are working with John Meshad to address the notice -of -violation and unauthorized activity. We would like to
schedule a meeting for early January in either in Asheville or at the site to discuss plans response. Please let me know if
you have anytime avaible Jan 311 or the week of 6-10. Mr. Meshad has stopped all work and at the time of my site visit
last week over half the site had been seeded and strawed.
We will have our response, plans together for submittal by January 31.
