I have reviewed the information sent to me about the ASU Childcare project, which proposes to culvert 149 ft of an
unnamed tributary to Boone Creek and fill 0.052 acre of wetland for development in Watauga County.
Project activities should not impact trout resources and do not need to be avoided during a trout moratorium. Thank you
