The temporary impacts refer to the rip rap aprons on the upstream and downstream sides of the culverts on the access roads. There will be no roadside swales, and the roads will be built according to the drawings, or in a but more detail, by laying pipe and geotextile fabric down prior to filling, compacting, and stoning. The work will be done during dry periods, when any flow that may occur is minimal.
