Mason Subject: RE: [External] Mitigation needs R 3300 B Hi Brad —yes we do have sufficient stream in Cape Fear 07 to meet the additional 4 feet. I will follow up with a revised letter just for the files and so that all of the impact numbers are the same. Thanks Beth. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Wclpnc.go v Beth, Mason has provided myself and Joanne the final numbers broken down by type and basin. After sorting through a number of items on the plan sheet, NCDOT has reported needing an additional 4 linear feet of stream in the Cape Fear Basin. There is more than sufficient stream assets in the White Oak and plenty of wetland assets to meet the impact numbers. Can you simply give me a response to this email that you have the additional 4' of mitigation necessary for this project or will you have to issue an new letter. I am fine with a simple response in this case. Just let me know. Brad
