Sites 22, 23, 24 & 25 are CF not WO
Site 23 is SW (pond)
The only sites in the WO are 19 (splits both basins), 21, 26, 17, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32.

Is that the last change in all the wetland sites or do the rest need to be double checked?

Subject: [Non-DoD Source] R-3300B Stream Impact Breakdown
Importance: High
Attacked is a breakdown of the mitigable and non-mitigable stream impacts broken down by river basin. Additional
non-mitigable that I have listed that were not previously listed as non-mitigable in our previous discussions are listed
below and based on review of the permit site drawings and details:
Site 7 19++57 to 20+40 -Y38- RT Outlet Channel 32 If for floodplain bench
Site 3 611+98 to 612+68 -1-1- LT 56 If Outlet ditch rip rap that does not have fill in thalweg (Basically BS)
Site 31 LILT 320+33 RT— CL. B Rip Rap Pad — for stormwater outfall that does not have fill in thalweg (Basically BS)
Site 3 1 at 12' x 7' RCBC Inlet Channel — channel modification ( basically realignment)
Also, in Table 3, Site 22 was listed in the WO when it is actually on NC 210 (Stream LSB) which is in CIF basin.
I'm also proposing to that you had a condition in the permits, that "rip rap placed in the main flow of any channel be
buried to the natural streambed elevation" so if any of these impacts require rip rap in the main channel it is not a loss. I
will add this permit condition to the greensheet as a permit condition.
Based on these final tally of mitigable stream impacts, my DMS acceptance letter is short 4 If in the CIF basin and 41 If
over in the WO.
Please let me know if you have any questions or if we need to discuss any of these sites further.
Thanks!
