Comment: Facility was in the process of getting a new consultant to create their SWPPP.
Mid -Atlantic has
taken over and was on site during the inspection. A very rough draft was available but Mr.,
Spangenberg ensured that all requirements would be met in the final draft.

Comment: Inspection performed as part of the 30-day comment period therefore no CoC was available at
the time of inspection. A single outfall is located in the front of the facility where water discharge:
from a series of dry ponds. Illicit discharges were inspected following the closure of the erosion
and sediment control permit.
