Hi Charley,
The E&SC Letter only approves 0.12 acres.To apply for 0.26 acres, you either need to get a new E&SC Approval Letter
from the Town of Southern Pines that approves the extra acreage, or upload two E&SC Approval Letters that are equal
to 0.26 acres.
For the waterbodies,you do not need to include the Cape Fear River unless the site drains directly to the Cape Fear. You
only need to list multiple waterbodies if there are two different waterbodies within the immediate area that receive
water from the site.
