Subject: Versant wetland impacts
OK, Beth - I think I've figured this out (with Lori and Kevin's help). The existing wetland impact of 0.11 acres was not
included in this updated/modified PCN (the gatehouse water feature area). That should be included along with the 144
feet of stream impact.
If you would, correct item C. 2.a. of the PCN form (p. 5 of 12). [permanent wetland impacts, gatehouse water feature,
0.11 acres]; C.1.a - wetlands should be checked also.
If you correct that page and date/initial it - then I'll be able to write your written concurrence on the 401. You can just
e-mail me a pdf of the corrected page, but please send 4 copies again to Cyndi Karoly, 401 Permitting Unit, 1650 Mail
Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1650.
Thanks - I apologize for not catching that before! Hopefully this will have everything straight for the current and future
record.
