I am working on entering the attached request for a No Exposure Permit.
As part of the SOP I must verify that the owner/operator is registered with the North Carolina Secretary of State and in
good standing.

I am unable to find IPG/Wood Products Packaging LLC. Is there a parent company that this facility operates under?

Good afternoon Mr. Khan

We had discussed the No Exposure Certification for our facility in Salisbury, NC about a month ago. Earlier in 2019, IPG
had submitted a NEC to NCDNR, but had not received any correspondence back to our request. When I followed up
with you, you had directed me to provide the NEC via e-mail (since with Covid, the offices were on limited schedules,
etc.).
We recently had a change in managers at the facility, so I was waiting until that happened to get his signature and
update the NEC. Please find attached the signed NEC and the map.

If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you for your assistance, greatly appreciated!
