Inspection Summary:
On June 10, 2020 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Amy George and Jason Roberts on site. During the
inspection, the following items were noted:
1) Equipment from past industrial activity was observed exposed to precipitation. Facility personnel are directed to remove or
dispose of that equipment to maintain a status of No Exposure.
2) Materials handling equipment was observed exposed to precipitation. Facility personnel are directed to remove or dispose
of that equipment to maintain a status of No Exposure.
3) Stacks of cardboard on pallets were observed exposed to precipitation. Facility personnel stated that the cardboard was
moved outside that day to be loaded and hauled from the facility.
