Inspection Summary:
On June 10, 2020 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Christopher Smith on site. During the inspection, the
following items were noted:
1) An area outside used to hold mop buckets and cleaning supplies appeared to be damaged/leaking. Facility personnel are
directed to evaluate and repair this area to maintain a status of No Exposure.
2) A stack of used pallets was observed exposed to precipitation. Facility personnel are directed to relocate or dispose of all
used pallets to maintain a status of No Exposure.
