Mrs. Coasts,
After reviewing the circumstances for the request extension and discussing the issue with the state
resources agencies, the Division of Water Resources has no objection to the requested extension of
work through June 15. If the proposed scope of work cannot be completed by the deadline, DWR
will consider another extension. Please note, that this is a one-time extension and other conditions
of the 401-Water Quality Certification would still apply.
