Abbey Creek borders the north and east portion of the project. The existing site is undeveloped and consists of woods and open fields. There are several existing sanitary sewer easements traversing the property. The runoff from the site will be collected in the five storm drainage networks that outfall into three different SCM facilities on site. These facilities consist of one sand filter, and two underground detention with underground storm filter that will detain and treat storm water runoff from the proposed development prior to discharging to Abbey Creek.
