H. Weatherspoon. This submission is for the sample collected 12/13/2019, and is made in accordance with Part III, Section E of our NPDES Stormwater Permit No. NCS000589. SW-2 is in Tier I status due to 12/14/201 B TSS sampling result being above the benchmark value. Therefore, we are required to conduct monthly (analytical and qualitative) monitoring at this outfall until three consecutive sample results are below the benchmark values or within benchmark range. • TSS was below benchmark for the 11/15I2019 sample • TSS was below benchmark for this 12/13/2019 sample SW-2 is also in Tier I status due to 12/13/2019 Zinc sampling result being above the benchmark value. Therefore, we are required to conduct monthly (analytical and qualitative) monitoring at this outfall until three consecutive sample results are below the benchmark values or within benchmark range.
