Duke Energy Progress, LLC submits in duplicate the fourth quarter 2019 Stormwater Discharge
Monitoring Report for W. H. Weatherspoon. This submission is made in accordance with Part III, Section
E of our NPDES Stormwater Permit No. NCS000589.
SW-2 is in Tier I status due to 12/14/2018 TSS sampling result being above the benchmark value.
Therefore, we are required to conduct monthly (analytical and qualitative) monitoring at this outfall until
three consecutive sample results are below the benchmark values or within benchmark range.
