Duke Energy Progress, LLC submits in duplicate the fourth quarter 2018 Stormwater Discharge
Monitoring Report for W. H. Weatherspoon. This submission is made in accordance with Part III, Section
E of our NPDES Stormwater Permit No. NCS000589.
A summary of parameters reported at concentrations above permit benchmarks is provided below.

Narrative: Durafiber Tech has been in Bankruptcy since Oct 1, 2017 and all of their operational lines in
the plant were shutdown at the end of March 2018. Since April, the new owners have not added any
processes to the WWTP, only maintaining current permit. There have been no significant rainfall events
during working hours, therefore no permitted flows coming from any of the five sampling points and no
samples were obtained during the last 6 months. Most rainfall events were during closing hours, nights
or on weekends. The total rainfall for the last 6 months has been 23.75 inches.
