Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the NPDES Permit Number NCS000581 concerning the subject facility,
enclosed is the Monthly Stormwater Discharge report for Duke Energy Progress, LLC. This report
has been submitted monthly due to Outfall SW -A exceeding the benchmark for Copper on October
31, 2019 but has been below the benchmark in succeeding months.
I certify, cruder penalty of law, that this document and all attachments were prepared under my
direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel
properly blather and evaluate the information submitted. Based oil icy inquiry of the person or
persons who manage the system, or those persons directly responsible for gathering the
information, the information submitted is, to llte best of ncy knowledge and belief, true, accurate,
