In accordance with Part II1, Section E: I and E.2. of the above referenced stormwater permit, Duke
Energy Progress, LLC respectfully submits, an original and one copy of Year 4- Period I — 2nd Quarter
SDOMR for the facility stormwater outfalls.
This submittal includes the outfall that did not have flow during the reporting period. Please note, SW-
7 and SW-8 have not been constructed and are not included in this submittal.
