In accordance with Part III, Section E:1 and E.2. of the above referenced stormwater permit, Duke
Energy Progress, LLC respectfully submits, an original and one copy of Year 3- Period 2 — 2nd Quarter
SDOMR for the facility stormwater outfalls. This submittal is the 3rd of 3 monthly samples for the Tier I
Copper benchmark exceedance from November 2018 and completes the Tiered status.
Please note, SW-7 and SW-8 have not been constructed and are not included in this submittal.
