In accordance with 15A NCAC 02H.0100, enclosed is the June 2019, NPDES DMR for Duke Energy
Progress Carolina's Cape Fear Plant. Please note that we were unable to sample Outfalls 002 or 003
during the semiannual monitoring Year 3 — Period 2 due to the lack of a storm event that meets the
required sampling criteria.
