In accordance with Part III, E(2) of the above referenced NPDES Stormwater permit, the original
and one copy of the Stormwater Discharge Outfall (SDO) monitoring report for part of the Year 4 —

Pursuant to permit requirements, a Tier I stor►nwater management inspection was completed for
stormwater outfalls SW001, and SWO04 within two weeks of receiving sample results. Results of
these inspections are maintained in the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan on site.
Please direct any correspondence or questions concerning the Rogers Energy Complex NPDES
Stormwater Program to Steve Hodges at (828) 657-2339.
