Year 4 — Period I DMR Submittal - January 2019 DMR
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with Part I11, E(2) of the above referenced NPDES Stormwater permit, the original
and one copy of the Stormwater Discharge Outfall (SDO) monitoring reports for part of the Year 4
— Period 1 (January 2019) are attached.
For the month of January, no outfalls were sampled duc to rain events were not heavy enough to
produce a discharge or the rain event occurred during non -business hours. If a discharge occurred
during non -business hours the outfall could not sampled for another 72 hours.
Please direct any correspondence or questions concerning the Rogers Energy Complex NPDES
Stormwater Program to Michael Disch at (828) 657-2200.

Year 3 — Period 2 DMR Submittal - December 2018 DMR
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with Part 111, E(2) of the above referenced NPDES Stormwater permit, the original
and one copy of the Stormwater Discharge Outfall (SDO) monitoring report for part of the Year 3 —
Period 2 (December) are attached.
For the Year 3 - Period 2, outfall Landfill Drainage Area 36" was not sampled. This was due to
the rainfall events that were either 1. Not heavy enough to produce a discharge or 2. The rain
event occurred during non -business hours or 3. It was unsafe to collect a sample due to weather
conditions. If a discharge occurred during non -business hours the outfall could not be sampled for
another 72 hours. Representative Outfall Status (ROS) was obtained on October 5, 2018. Any
outfalis granted ROS are not included in the table below due to the removal of quantitative
sampling requirements on the respective outfails midway through Year 3 - Period 2.
