In accordance with Part III, E(2) of the above referenced NPDES Stormwater permit, the original
and one copy of the revised monitoring report for September 2019 is attached. The August 2019
report was inadvertently sent as the September 2019 report for this monitoring period. The
attached report was revised to include the correct September 2019 report for this monitoring
period.
No samples were collected for the month of September 2019 due to no flow and/or the storm
events occurred during adverse weather conditions (severe lightning storms) and/or during
nighttime hours.
