To who it may Concern;
This is notification that Tyton Biofuels located @ 800 Pate Rd. Raeford, NC has not
operated since September of 2018. Relative to our Storm -water Permit NPDES
NCS000539 monitoring requirements for TSS, BOD, COD, Ethanol, Oil/Grease & PH
we have not impacted these factors since we have not operated since September 2018.
Currently we have no flow from or discharge point and the preceding retention pond is
M3' below the discharge outfall. We will not have a restart of operations for another 9-12
months. When our retention pond gets to the point of discharging and we have a rain
event of greater than .1" we will complete a grab sample to satisfy our reporting
requirements.
