To whom it may concern:
The Heritage -Crystal Clean, LLC facility in Concord, NC operates under stormwater NPDES permit #
NCS000390. The permit requires that semi-annual analytical monitoring of the stormwater discharge be
reported to the Division of Water Quality.
From the monitoring period from November 1, 2018 through April 30, 2019, the facility had NO FLOW
from the stormwater discharge outfall. The facility's stormwater retention basin has a permeable
surface and the area has not received a rain event that resulted in discharge, therefore, no analytical
monitoring was conducted.
