Per the requirements, the stormwater sample was collected from the storm water discharge outfall (SDO) 001 during a measurable storm event that consisted of 1,5 inches of total rainfall, as measured by the onsite rain gauge. The previous measurable storm event was at least 72 hours prior. Enclosed is one signed original and one signed copy of the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the 2019 Period 2 sampling event. The permittee recorded the required qualitative monitoring observations on the SDO Qualitative Monitoring Report form, which will be retained on site.
