Permit No. NCS000259 NOV 19 2019 NTRAL FILES JV4VR SECTION Attached are two copies of the Nouryon monitoring results for the period of July 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 for our permit # NCS000259 for the samples collected on October 30, 2019. Upon review of the grab sample analytical results (pH & Temp), outfall SW #2 had exceeded the benchmark of pH. Nouryon immediately implemented Tier 1 and started an investigation which included Henkel. Upon the initial investigation it was observed, there was an apparent leak from a Sodium Hydroxide transfer line at a Henkel production area that was in proximity of the SW #2 drainage path. The investigation is still ongoing, and a facility wide Stormwater inspection has been completed by Nouryon.
