To Whom It May Concern:
-lexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc. (1-lexion) operates under NPDES Permit No.
NCS000156. As a part of this permit, 1-lexion is required to submit Discharge Monitoring
Reports (DMRs) for periodic stormwater analytical sampling. Currently, the facility is in
Tier Three status, as outlined in Part 11, Section B of the pel-mit, which requires monthly
sampling. In addition, the facility is required to complete Annual Acute Toxicity Testing
at each of the outfalls. Note that there was no measurable discharge from Outfall #003.
The facility plans to sample Outfall #003 during the next representative storm event.
Please find enclosed the completed DM It Form for the November 2019 sampling event,
which includes analytical sampling results, as well as the annual acute toxicity test.
