Enclosed please find the attached report for the Corning Incorporated, Wilmington facility,
for the stormwater discharge sampling taken on 10/16/2019. This represents the semi-annual
monitoring period of (July 1, 2019 — December 31, 2019).
During these measureable storm events, Outfalls 001, 002, 004, and 005 were discharging.
Outfall 008 has representative outfall status granted, so analytical monitoring was not
completed for that specific outfall. All data was collected using DWQ approved methods. If
