Narrative: Durafiber Tech has been in Bankruptcy since Oct 1, 2017 and all of their operational lines in
the plant were shutdown at the end of March 2018. Since April 2018, the new owners have not added
any processes or accepted any waste to the WWTP; only maintaining new permit issued May 2019.
There have been no significant rainfall events during working hours; therefore, no permitted flows
coming from any of the five sampling points and no samples were obtained during the last 6 months.
Most rainfall events were during after hours, nights or on weekends. The total rainfall for the last 6
months has been 18.02 inches.
