I met with Wesley Shook on site. During the inspection, the following items were noted: 1) the paved area outside of the garage doors showed evidence of spills. Water puddles in the area also had visible oil sheen, The facility personnel are directed to focus additional housekeeping efforts in this area to eliminate any potential for stormwater impact. 2) The secondary containment around the washout area was cracked and damaged. The facility personnel are directed to repair that containment and address any housekeeping issues in that are which may contribute to stormwater impacts. 3) Large piles of metal waste and other waste material were observed in the southwestern section of the facility. The facility personnel are directed to remove and dispose of all material not intended for use outdoors, and which may impact stormwater on site. This facility is out of compliance with the No Exposure Certification. Please give the above items your immediate attention. This facility will be re -inspected on or after April 10, 2019. Skvada, III Secretary The Division has reviewed your application for a No Exposure Certification for Exclusion (NE) for the subject facility. Based on the requested additional information you provided on August 29, 2014, the NE has been approved. Please note that you are obligated to maintain no -exposure conditions at your facility. If conditions change such that your facility can no longer qualify for a NE, you are obligated to immediately obtain NPDES permit coverage for your stormwater discharge. Otherwise, the discharge becomes subject to enforcement as an un-permitted discharge. Your NE does not expire.
