The facility is currently permitted to discharge stormwater related to landfilling activities under Certificate of Coverage ICOCI Number NCG120092, General Permit Number NCG120000. Currently, the facility is required to monitor discharge at the following Stormwater Discharge Outfall (SDO) locations: 11 DE-1 21 DE-2 31 DE-3-4-5 All three outfall locations exceeded the benchmark threshold for fecal coliform. Semiannual sampling will continue at this site. For this submittal, we are providing you with two (2) copies of the 151 Semiannual 2020 DMR report.
