Dear Stormwater Permit Coordinator:
On behalf of Saia Motor Freight Line, LLC, GEOS Environmental, Inc. (GEOS) is submitting a signed
original and one copy of the Semi -Annual Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the
above -referenced site. Due to an oversight caused by a terminal manager change at this facility during
2014, sample collection for Fall 2014 was inadvertently overlooked. The facility does have containers for
January —June 2015 sampling period and will resume sampling during this period.
