TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Tier I report for pH
Samples taken at the location on November 24, 2014 show Permit benchmark values
were in excess in the following parameter: pH
pH Benchmark Value range 6 - 9 Standard Units
pH Sample Result 5.9 Standard Units
The following actions have been taken to address noncompliance.
1. A site inspection of the facility was conducted.
2. No potential signs of pollutants were discovered to cause the low pH.
3. We are monitoring our methods of operation and other BMPs to try and improve
their effectiveness.
These efforts should help improve our storm water discharge. We will continue to
monitor to determine effectiveness.
