Analytical monitoring results were within benchmarks for outfall FV007.
Analytical monitoring results showed that COD and TSS exceeded the benchmark value for Outfall FV006. A Tier
III Response Notification was submitted in January 2020. Cargill continues to evaluate conditions that may contribute
to the benchmark exceedancc. Outfall 006 is located on the discharge of the environmental pit # 1. Recently after
January 2020 sampling, temporary sandbags were installed to channel all stormwater runoff in this area to the first
compartment of the environmental pit. The objective to this trial is to help eliminate short cycling of Stormwater
through the environment pit compartments. We continue to actively pump out the stagnant water to the sanitary sewer
and vacuum clean the solids From the environmental pit #1.
